Felix re-enacts several people, including Métis scout William Hallett. Felix is seen here wearing his handmade costume. Felix founded the southern Manitoba historical society, the Boundary Commission North West Mounted Police Trail Association. The “trail” was the route of the International Boundary Commission which marked the 49th parallel as the boundary between Canada and the U.S. in the 1870s. The trek was guided by Hallett and passed through the farm where Felix grew up.
